Artifact 1: Reflection of the Usability Testing of a Web Authoring Tool
Description of the Artifact:

The artifact, Reflection of the Usability Testing of a Web Authoring Tool, illustrated my experiences of working with my teammates when creating an assessment and evaluation document that explained the users experience when using a web authoring tool.   

Entry Rationale:

The reflection document demonstrated my ability to work with others in a collaboratively and reflectively matter.  This reflection paper did not just allow me to reflect on the users of the web tool, but it allows me to reflect on the personality of myself and my fellow teammates.

 

Alignment to my Career Goals:

Collaboration is important in any field.  It is essential to work well with others and to be open to different approaches. In a community-based online learning environment, I have the ability to actively interact and collaborate with people to define purpose and process to access the tasks that need to be done that are reflective of the project needs and professional growth.

Artifact 2: SNAP-ED PSE Interactive Map
Description of the Artifact:
The artifact, SNAP-ED PSE Interactive Map, was developed by designing a web-based learning environment for nutrition and public health professionals across the nation.
 
Entry Rationale:

The SNAP-ED PSE Interactive Map highlights the opportunity to collaborate with two professional corporations. This collaborative effort composed of communicating with video production company and web-application company on video conference software.   

 

Alignment to my Career Goals:

As a collaborative leader, it is important to effectively work with other professionals in this field.  The design results demonstrated how I value the vision of the project and attributes of being part of a team.
